Information We Collect
When you call or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, the location where service is needed, vehicle year/make/model, and proof of ownership documentation when service is performed. Our website does not require accounts or logins.
How We Use Information
We use your information solely to: (1) dispatch service to you, (2) verify vehicle ownership before performing work, (3) maintain service records, and (4) follow up after service when appropriate. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Cookies & Analytics
This website may use basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors find and use the site. No personally identifying information is collected this way. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Service Records
We maintain records of service performed (vehicle, work done, date, location) for warranty and liability purposes. These records are kept confidential and only disclosed when legally required.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of any information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of records (subject to legal retention requirements). Contact us at (912) 209-6131.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
What customers should expect on a mobile dispatch
Mobile dispatch follows a consistent sequence. The technician arrives with the correct equipment for the work confirmed on the phone, verifies customer identification against the vehicle paperwork, performs the work, runs the verification cycle, and collects payment on completion. There are no add-on charges after arrival except for legitimate add-ons explained and confirmed in advance, such as replacing a worn ignition cylinder discovered during inspection.
When to call before the situation becomes an emergency
Spare key service is the single most useful preventive step for any vehicle owner. With a working key as the programmer's authentication seed, a spare is a short on-site job. Without any working key, the programmer must first read the immobilizer PIN from the vehicle, which adds time and complexity. The same working key result in both cases, achieved through a longer process when starting from zero.
What to have ready when you call
- Vehicle year, make, model, and trim.
- 17-character VIN. Dashboard at the windshield base or door jamb sticker.
- FCC ID printed on the back of any existing fob.
- Proof of ownership: driver's license matching the vehicle registration, or the title document.
- Your exact location and a callback number.

Communications records
Phone calls to our dispatch number may be retained briefly for service quality and dispatch coordination purposes. Voicemail messages are retained until the customer matter is resolved. Text messages exchanged during dispatch coordination are similarly retained for the duration of the active service relationship. We do not record or retain communications beyond the scope necessary for service delivery.
Data security practices
Service records containing vehicle and customer information are stored in business records that are not publicly accessible. Payment card information is processed through certified third party payment processors and is not retained on our systems beyond the transaction. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Choices regarding marketing communications
We do not currently operate a marketing mailing list. We do not send promotional text messages or marketing emails to past customers. If we begin a customer communication program in the future, opt out instructions will be included in any such communication and honored on request.
Information retention timelines
Customer service records are retained for a reasonable period consistent with industry practice and applicable legal requirements. Records relating to active service relationships are retained for the duration of the relationship plus a documentation period after completion. Records related to ownership verification (the identification check performed on site before any work begins) are retained as part of the standard service record to support any subsequent verification needs that may arise.
Children's privacy
The website is intended for adults arranging service for vehicles. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. The service itself, automotive key replacement and programming, is arranged by adults. A parent or legal guardian must arrange and authorize service for vehicles owned by minors.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Customers with active service relationships at the time of any material revision will be informed of changes that affect their information directly.
Third party services on the website
The website uses system fonts and self-hosted icons, so it does not load fonts or icons from third party content delivery networks. Because these assets are served directly from this site, no related request information is shared with outside font or icon providers.
Contact about privacy
Privacy related questions can be directed to the same dispatch phone number used for service: (912) 209-6131. The same phone line handles all inquiries.
Refund and dispute resolution
Customers who have a concern about the work performed should contact dispatch at the standard service number. Most service concerns are resolved through a follow up dispatch in which the technician returns to verify the work and address whatever issue remains. Billing disputes are addressed by reviewing what was confirmed on the phone against the invoice; mismatches are corrected.
Questions about your data
For any question about information held by the business that has not already been answered above, the dispatch phone number is the route to a person who can address it. The phone line is the only contact channel; the website does not host a privacy contact form.
